It's hand-in eve...scary! right so what I thought I would do is upload the slates for each the objects I built. Just so anyone who looks at my blog can see the pretty renders!

After giving myself about a week to get the cyborg built and textured, I am happy to say that I have done so!

He just needs a bit of touching up in certain areas due to me getting confused on the UVW map.

Finished texturing the Mech.

Took a while but managed to get my first personal project done, however I still have to start my cyborg, I am confident however that I can get it done in time.

I have been working on the Henchman recently. I felt that he looked a bit too plain, so I imported him into 'Autodesk Mudbox' and and added details such as creases in the clothes to add realism.

I have also begun texturing, and will be sorting out adding eyes very soon!

Control Panel Texturing

It's been a while since I last posted. Just thought I'd update where I am at. I have just finished texturing my control panel. I had a lot of trouble unwrapping as I have not done it for a long time, so I wasted about a week trying to unwrap it all for no avail...sigh. I got there eventually and once that was out of the way I managed to get the texturing done fairly swiftly.

Mech cont...

I have finished building the Mech. I took a while as there were a lot of bits and pieces in the construction that I hadn't accounted for in the designs, but I got there in the end!

I spent a while on getting the right circular shape for the hips, as I needed to be able to fit a sphere inside it for movement.

Now all thats left is texturing...piece of cake!
